Offices:A marketing campaign has been launched for the remaining office and retail facilities in Harbour Square, a newly completed mixed use development overlooking Dún Laoghaire Harbour in Co Dublin.
The landmark scheme, one of the most successful of its kind in Dún Laoghaire in recent years, has been completed by Earlsfort Crofton and Shaston Developments.
All 141 apartments were sold off the plans last year and the first residents are due to start moving in next month.
Two of the three office blocks on the site have already been sold, the largest with 2,006sq m (21,592sq ft) going to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Co Council for slightly over €16 million.
A smaller building of 613sq m (6,598sq ft) was sold to Gilmer Properties for close to the asking price of €5.5 million.
It is to be occupied by radio station Q102.
The third block of 2,860sq m (30,785sq ft) is available to rent in its entirety or on a floor-by-floor basis.
Joint agents HWBC and Lisney are quoting a rent of €307 per sq m (€28.52 per sq ft) and €2,000 for each of the 71 car-parking spaces in the basement.
The building is being finished to the highest standards and will include raised floors, suspended ceilings and air conditioning.
The same agents are handling the letting of four retail units along Crofton Road which will clearly benefit from the proximity to the DART station, ferry terminal and harbour.
The shops will range in size from 203 to 435sq m (2,185-4,682sq ft) over two levels and are available to rent.
