Fashion group Pamela Scott is to open a new outlet at the former Early Learning outlet at 3 Henry St, D1.

The trader is understood to have agreed a rent of €230,000 with the first year rent-free for the shop which has a ground floor area of 209sq m (2,250sq ft), plus a further 119sq m (1,285sq ft) of storage.
