Two new international retailers have just opened shops at Liffey Valley shopping centre in west Dublin.
Pumpkin Patch, a New Zealand company specialising in premium children’s clothes, has taken a 10-year lease of a store for which it will be paying a base rent as well as a percentage of its turnover.
Another newcomer is UK men’s suits retailer Moss Brothers, which has 150 outlets in the UK. The company also operates a factory outlet in Kildare Village and a franchise in the House of Fraser in Dundrum.
Savills’ Bernadine Hogan said growth in footfall at Liffey Valley has helped maintain a high occupancy rate.
