RETAIL MARKET:BLANCHARDSTOWN Town Centre in west Dublin continues to pull in shoppers and traders. Four new tenants are moving in and two existing traders are relocating to larger units.

The new arrivals include luxury gift and crystal retailers Swarovski Crystal who are to open their third Irish store on level two of Blanchardstown right next to H&M. Their other shops are in Grafton Street and Henry Street.

Also fitting out is B Cool, an Irish-owned gadget and gift retailer who will operate out of a 45sq m (484sq ft) shop. They are also in Dundrum, the Pavilions and Bridgewater in Arklow.

Kays Cafe is the newest trader on the Yellow Mall where it has rented a unit of 100sq m (1,076sq ft). It is a sister company of Kays Restaurant who have been trading in Blanchardstown for some time.

Also coming in is Starbucks Coffee Company who will rent a purpose-built restaurant of 140sq m (1,507sq ft) in retail park two, opposite the new bus interchange. Mobile phone retailer 3G is relocating to a new unit of 70sq m (753sq ft) from its present shop of 40sq m (431sq ft). The Irish-owned chain has 22 outlets and the shop in Blanchardstown will be the first with the company's new branding.

The Health Store, one of the original tenants from the centre that opened in 1996, is also relocating to a store that is double the size of its old outlet. The company now has 10 stores around the country. All the new leases have been negotiated by agents HWBC or Jones Lang LaSalle.
