Megan Burke of CBRE is quoting a rent of €403 per sq m (€37.50 per sq ft) for office space in a newly refurbished Georgian building which forms part of Iveagh Court office development at thejunction of Harcourt Street and Charlemont Street in Dublin 2.
The four-storey building at 72 Charlemont Street has a floor area of 225.21 sq m (2,423 sq ft) and comes with two car parking spaces which are available at €3,500 each. Iveagh Court has attracted occupiers such as Mercer, William Grant, Sandvik and the Office of Public Works. The building belongs to Starwood Capital and formed part of Project Molly which was sold last year by Lone Star.
