Sandyford Offices: The company which developed Beacon Court in Sandyford, Dublin 18, is to sell the final floor of its Concourse Building and a number of smaller office suites under construction in Beacon South Quarter.
The Concourse Building adjoins Beacon Clinic and Beacon Hotel and forms a focal point for two impressive office malls. Other floors in this six-storey corporate building have been sold or leased to high-end users including Agra Trading and O'Regan Financial. Prices have ranged from €6,458 to €6,888 per sq m (€600 to €640 per sq ft).
The remaining four-floor office suite of 795sq m (8,552sq ft) is for sale through agents MEPC. The asking price of €5,815,000 breaks back at €7,000 per sq m (€650 per sq ft) and €25,000 for car parking spaces. Alternatively the floor is available to rent at €323 per sq m (€30 per sq ft) and €1,500 for parking spaces.
MEPC is also releasing several own-door office suites, two-storey units of 202sq m (2,174sq ft) and three car-parking spaces which will cost €1,652,000.
