OfficeMarketNumber 75 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 is available to lease on a floor-by-floor through Jones Lang LaSalle. The agency is not, as yet, indicating a price for the leases.
The 9,402.3sq m (101,206sq ft) building has seven floors ranging from 596-1,586sq m (6,415-17,072sq ft). All overlook the Green and have generous car-parking ratios.

Number 75 is on the same side of St Stephen's Green as Iveagh House, the home of the Department of Foreign Affairs, and Newman House.
The building has a fully glazed façade, a double height entrance lobby with marble floors and limestone wall cladding. It is finished to the highest specification to include raised access floors; air conditioning is by way of a chilled ceiling system and there is a resulting floor-to-ceiling height of 2.7 metres.
