Redevelopment Site:The former Elena's restaurant at 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, is likely to be redeveloped for an office or apartment scheme when it is sold at tender on June 27th.

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is guiding over €2.5 million for the two-storey building which stands on a site of 0.012 hectares (0.03 of an acre).

Mairead Furey of the selling agent suggests that the site would ideally suit a six-storey office or residential scheme.

Interestingly, the adjacent office block owned by Royal Liver is also for sale. The popularity of the area as a high quality office location has been underpinned with the success of a neighbouring office development at 7/8 Wilton Terrace.
