Residential Land: Bannon Commercial is suggesting a price of over €3.75 million for a housing site of 3.53 acres in a parkland setting off the N3, the Navan Road in Dublin 15. It is close to the Blanchardstown Town Centre.
The linear site has a frontage of 450 metres on to the N3 and 380 metres on to the Old Navan Road. The Archers Wood housing development is located on the opposite side of the N3.
The selling agent says that, while the site has no planning permission, development densities in the immediate area would suggest that the site could accommodate about 90 residential units. Tenders close on December 7th.
