Office MarketTurley & Associates is seeking over €3 million for a high quality office building known as the Stone Building at Flemings Place, Dublin 4, which is for sale by private treaty.

Michael Turley of the selling agent describes the building as "one of the most creative and well thought-out office buildings to have come on the market this year".
