Office MarketTurley & Associates is seeking over €3 million for a high quality office building known as the Stone Building at Flemings Place, Dublin 4, which is for sale by private treaty.
The block was originally used as a paint factory when it was constructed in 1875. It was completely modernised and extended in 2003 and has a floor area of 285sq m (3,068sq ft) on two floors. Michael Turley of the selling agent describes the building as "one of the most creative and well thought-out office buildings to have come on the market this year".
It also has a wonderful boardroom and 33 workstations. The building is fully alarmed and is fitted with CAT 5 cabling and air conditioning. It has three on-site car-parking spaces and, according to the agent, would particularly suit an architectural practice or a firm involved in public relations or advertising.
The Stone Building is located on Flemings Place which runs parallel with Upper Baggot Street. It can also be accessed via Mespil Road and Waterloo Road.
