An impressive Georgian office building, once the studios of renowned stained glass artist Harry Clarke at 6-7 North Frederick Street, Dublin 1, is to be offered for sale as an investment at over €1.3 million.

Knight Frank is handling the sale of the period building off Parnell Square which is let to Children's University Hospital, operator of the nearby Temple Street hospital. The 683sq m (7,352sq ft) house is let on a 25-year lease from 2012 at an initial rent of €190,000 per annum.

The tenant has a break option in 2019.

Harry Clarke created stained glass windows for churches and commercial commissions worldwide, as well as panels for private patrons between 1915 and 1930.
