Four new pop-up retail units are to be offered for letting on a short-term basis at Pearse Station on Westland Row in Dublin's south inner city. Iarnród Éireann has engaged the services of Popertee to handle what will be the first of a series of pop-up lettings at Dublin railway stations.

The units have floor spaces ranging from 12sq m (130sq ft) to 108sq m (1,160sq ft) and are available at rents of €1,000 a week. Companies can rent them for a minimum of one week and a maximum of six months.

Pearse Station is the busiest Dublin commuter station, attracting about 25,000 passengers most days.

Lucinda Kelly of Popertee says the Pearse Station lettings would be an excellent opportunity for retailers and brands to get their products into one of the highest footfall locations in Ireland. The pop-up units would be particularly suited to florists, food outlets, technology and fashion as well as brands wanting to promote a forthcoming festival or event.
