THE asking price for two interconnecting four-storey over basement buildings at 65/66 Mountjoy Square West in, Dublin 1, have been dropped from €950,000 to €600,000, according to selling agent Bannon.

The former Discount Electrical premises are being sold on the instructions of liquidator Paul McCann of Grant Thornton. The two houses have a combined floor area of 837sq m (9,016sq ft), including over 188sq m (2,029 sq ft) on the ground floor.
