High-spec office space at The Park in Carrickmines, Dublin 18, is available to let at €317.50 per sq m (€29.50 per sq ft) through agent Savills.
Construction work is well under way on the Hampstead Building which is due for completion later this year. Some 210 construction jobs have been created as a result while the €24 million project is the first new building to be delivered at the office and retail park since 2008.
The existing Iveagh, Hyde and Herbert buildings at The Park already house big names like Vodafone, Getty Images and SIRO.
90 car-parking spaces
These have been attracted by rents about half those in the central business district and by the location just off the M50 yet close to the Luas Green line which has a direct link to St Stephen's Green.
The Hampstead Building is available to let in sizes from 557sq m (6,000sq ft) up to the entire 5,574sq m (60,000sq ft). It also includes 90 basement car-parking spaces and will be finished to LEED Gold Standard which recognises excellence in design and energy efficiency.
With vacancy rates tight and falling in city centre locations, there has been growing interest in suburban office schemes which have good transport links. The Park in Carrickmines, along with similar schemes in Leopardstown and Sandyford, are among the best on offer in this category.
