Property advisers GVA Donal O Buachalla has strengthened its estate agency, professional services and property management team with three new appointments. Ian Campbell from Lambert Smith Hampton will be focussing on commercial agency work; Helen Fletcher from DNG Commercial will be bringing more than 25 years experience into valuation work while Sean Boyle will be looking after commercial portfolio management after spending 15 years with Aramark.

Chairman Con Cronin says that while some sectors of the market remain challenged, others are showing signs of recovery and required experienced advisers with a proven track record to provide the best advise.
