The continuing demand for small retail investments in Dublin is expected to lead to another sale in the Ranelagh area. Colliers International is guiding €1.5 million for 96 Ranelagh, which has the Bunsen restaurant on the ground floor and a separate three-bedroom apartment overhead. There is also a single-storey commercial unit to the rear.
Bunsen is to take a new 15-year lease of the 1,000sq ft-plus restaurant at a rent of €65,000 per annum. The apartment is newly let at €31,200 annually.
