Allsop Space has secured €952,000 at tender for a development site extending to 0.079 of an acre at Rhodaville, Mountpleasant Avenue in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The agents had been guiding €650,000 for the site, which was sold on behalf of Kavanagh Fennell.

A period-style house on it is divided into four apartments which are producing €14,400 a year. A further €18,000 comes from the rental of the yard to Merrion Motors on a short-term basis.
