Redevelopment Site:An exceptional infill site of about 0.223 hectares (0.56 acres) is on offer in Rathmines, Dublin 6, one of south Dublin's premier residential locations.
It is the former Winfield Motors premises on Maxwell Road, and becomes available because of the company's decision to relocate to Beech Road, Sandymount.
To be sold by tender, the site would ideally suit a high density residential development. While no guide price has been given, industry sources maintain figures in the region €8 million could be expected.
"This site is located in heart of Dublin 6," says DNG's Keith Lowe. "St Stephen's Green is no more than a 15 to 20 minute walk from it." Tender documents must be received no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 20th June 2007.
