Residential Site: Bids over €14 million are expected for a site in Bray with full planning permission for 72 residential units. The ready-to-go site goes to tender on November 3rd.

The residential site offers approximately 1.47 hectares (3.63 acres) in a highly desirable location on Killarney Road. Vehicular access is from Killarney Road via the Saran Wood development and with pedestrian access from Killarney Road via the original entrance to Ballywaltrim Grove House.

It is close to all amenities and transport links, such as the Dart, N11 and M50.

The selling agent, Lisney, describes this as a highly sought-after location.

The tender date is November 3rd and the sale is being handled by Ross Shorten and Maeve Furlong of Lisney.
