DEVELOPMENT LAND:A SITE AT Kinsealy Lane in north Co Dublin with planning permission for 22 houses is to be sold at tender next month.
Property Team Noel Kelly is likely to secure between €9 million and €10 million for the 4.95 acres which are located off the Back Road close to the entrance to Malahide Castle and Demesne.
The permission provides for 22 homes in all; 17 will be detached bungalows; three will be townhouses; and the remaining two will be two-storey homes.
Malahide remains one of the most sought-after residential areas in north Dublin because of the attractive village and the range of facilities close to hand.
