Residential LandMaynooth estate agent Coonan Real Estate Alliance is seeking between €10.5 million and €11 million for two adjoining residential sites beside Summerhill, one of the most attractive villages in Co Meath.
The sites, for sale by private treaty, are particularly well located along the Kilcock Road immediately beside the village.
Coonan will, alternatively, offer the land for sale in two lots, one with permission for 28 homes and the other for 60 units. The smaller lot would be expected to make around €4 million while the other piece of land is available at €6.5 million.
Lot one has permission for 28 two, three and four-bedroom terraced houses and townhouses. Two-bed units would be expected to sell at around €330,000; three-bedroom homes at €360,000; and four-beds at €390,000. The second lot has permission for 60 three-bedroom terraced homes as well as four and five-bedroom detached homes.
Summerhill is only 16 miles from Dublin city and less than 10 miles from Trim. The village is also within easy commuting distance of the Intel and Hewlett-Packard plants in north Kildare where many of the employees rent local accommodation.
