The freehold and vacant public house has a floor area of 464sq m (5,000sq ft), while the residential units are currently rented at €28,200 per annum.

After the success in selling hotels in Killarney and Donegal, Allsop Space has fixed a reserve of not more than €230,000 for the 20-bedroom Drinagh Court Hotel at Rosslare Road in Wexford town.
