The ground floor and basement of the Georgian building is let to Birmingham Cameras under 35-year lease from 1990 at an annual rent of €30,750. The three upper floors are currently vacant and in need of refurbishment. The building was extended some years ago and has a rear access onto Poolbeg Street.
