Lisney has begun marketing a retail premises and a restaurant in a new building which overlooks the River Liffey beside O'Connell Bridge in Dublin 1.
The five-storey over double basement block - known as Astor House on Eden Quay - was developed on the site of the old Astor Cinema. It has the Laughter Lounge in the upper basement and is now seeking tenants for a shop on the ground floor and a restaurant overhead. Lisney is quoting a rent of €180,000 for the retail level which extends to 235sq m (2,530sq ft). The first floor restaurant will have 378sq m (4,069sq ft) and is available at €170,000 per annum. Alternatively, both floors may be of interest to a public company looking for a high profile location in the city centre. There is also office space ready for letting on the second and third floors
