A RETAIL building at 47 Nassau Street – two doors from the bottom of Dublin’s Grafton Street – has been sold to a private investor for just under €1 million. It previously changed hands in 2006 for €3 million.
Agent Bannon handled last week’s sale of the four-storey over basement building which is let to the directors of Porterhouse Brewing Company who also occupy the adjoining building. The ground floor is sub-let to Subway. The current rent of the 171sq m (1,850sq ft) building is €100,000 per annum.
