St Stephen’s Green office with IBRC in its heritage

Heritage House, St Stephen’s Green: to appeal to an overseas bank or a reinsurance company.

One of Dublin's most prestigious Georgian office buildings, only four doors from the Shelbourne Hotel on St Stephen's Green, is expected to appeal especially to an overseas bank or reinsurance company now that it has come back on the letting market. Heritage House, owned by a successful Irish businessman, was previously occupied by the IBRC – formerly Anglo Irish Bank – until the lease ran out.

Joint agents CBRE and Murphy Mulhall are quoting the going market rent of €457 per square metre (€42.50sq ft) for the stylish period house and its modern, four-storey extension with a floor area of 1,372sq m (14,768sq ft). The rent bill will work out at €627,640 a year.

The next tenant will also have the option to rent any of the 10 car parking spaces at the rear of the building at €3,500 per space.
