A large Georgian office building on the corner of Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam Street Upper in Dublin 2 has been let by Ganly Walters at close to €430.50 per sq m (€40 per sq ft).

Number 53 was acquired in the third quarter of 2015 for more than €3.7 million after being put on the market at €3 million by Lisney.

The four-storey over-basement building has 783sq m (8,433sq ft) of space and includes many original features and lift access.

It has now been let on a 20-year lease from January 2016 to Bespoke Serviced Offices which may refurbish the space before letting it to high-end clients.
