Development Land:A well located site for at least 30 detached homes next to a golf course in Termonfeckin, Co Louth, is to be sold by private treaty.
Ross Shorten of Lisney is seeking over €7 million for the 7.51 hectares (18.58 acres) at Seapoint Road, Termonfeckin.
The picturesque village has been a popular location for upmarket housing because of its good leisure facilities, including the local Seapoint golf course, another top notch course at Baltray and the beaches both in the village and at Seapoint.
The proximity to Drogheda - a mere 5 miles away - is a decided advantage because of the availability of a regular train service to Dublin. For those who prefer to use their own cars, there is the M1 all the way to Dublin.
While most of the site is zoned for housing, a portion of the 1.75 hectares (4.3 acres) does not have any zoning and may well offer future scope for development.
