Lisney is seeking €2 million for Frankfort House, a three-storey office building fronting onto Dundrum Road in Dundrum, Dublin 14, which has been vacant for about four years.
It extends to 738sq m (7,945sq ft) and has parking at the rear for 28 cars. The building is reported to be in good condition and could be rented at €215 per sq m (€20 per sq ft). The site extends to 0.11 of a hectare (0.27 of an acre) and has residential zoning under the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Development Plan 2010-2016.
