Agents Cushman & Wakefield are guiding in excess of €1 million for three adjoining retail units in the Dutch Village Shopping Centre in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, which will show a net initial yield of 10.34 per cent.

The three ground-floor retail exits have a combined floor area of 248sq m (2,669sq ft) and are rented by Boyle Sports, Bradley’s Pharmacy and Donatellas Takeaway at a combined rent of €108,000 per annum.

Dutch Village opened in 1988 and has a range of stores, including Spar as the anchor tenant.
