107 and 109 Lower Rathmines Road: Rent on the two retail units and four overhead apartments will show an annual yield of 8.5%.

Wyse is seeking €1.495 million for two adjoining three-storey period buildings at 107 and 109 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, which produce an annual rental income of €126,800. The investment will show a yield of 8.5 per cent.

Each of the buildings has a ground floor retail unit and two two-bedroom overhead apartments.

Sale of Sandymount Green building for €3m

Nick Hughes of Coldwell Banker Commercial has secured in excess of €3 million for a business premises at 23/24 Sandymoumt Green in Dublin 4, which produces a rental income of €233,500. The building extends to 481sq m (5,177sq ft) and is shared by Spar, Indie Spice and a mobile phone mast owned by Vodafone.

Santry industrial building for €1.25m

Bannon is guiding in excess of €1.25 million for an industrial building previously occupied by IBM at Airways Industrial Estate at Santry, Dublin 9. The building extends to 4,139sq m (44,552sq ft) and includes a four-bay warehouse and ancillary offices.

It has a highly successful restaurant and a bar, with a separate entrance to Green’s restaurant, which can seat 65 diners. The auction was conducted by REA Coonan and John Younge Auctioneers.
