PropertyServices:The UK-based company that acquired Tom McNamara & Partners about a year ago continues to build on its Irish connection. The link has involved the company, Erinaceous, in a range of large development projects.

Erinaceous provides property services for residential, commercial and industrial clients. It acquired McNamara's in February 2006.

It is engaged, or has completed, project management and cost management services for a number of high profile projects, including the development of the new €40 million forensic science laboratory in Dublin for the Office of Public Works and the €20 million sports centre at NUI Galway. "Being part of such an ambitious and rapidly growing parent group, such as Erinaceous, gives us financial strength and allows us to significantly broaden our service offering in Ireland," says Tom McNamara, managing director of the Erinaceous Group's operations in Ireland. The company provides a "one stop shop" for a range of services related to the management, maintenance, procurement, design, construction and insurance of property.
