Building on Northbrook Road, at €1.7m, suitable as headquarters, house or flats

A double-fronted Victorian house at 12 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, is expected to be of interest to investors as well as companies looking for headquarters when it goes to the market this week at €1.7 million.

Michele McGarry of Colliers International is handling the sale of the refurbished three-storey house with a floor area of 236sq m (2,540sq ft)which she says would make a stylish corporate headquarters.

The house has many original period features and on-site as well as street parking. Other options would be to convert it for use as a family home or divide it into three apartments, one per floor. Period homes and office building on Northbrook Road are in demand, being close to Ranelagh village and St Stephen's Green.
