Savills is quoting €500,000 for a retail investment in Dalkey village in south Dublin.

The ground-floor premises extends to 93sq m (1,001sq ft) and is leased by Dalkey Furniture at a rent of €30,000 per annum. The 20-year lease started in August, 1997.

The upper floor is in residential use and is not included in the sale.
