Industrial property specialists William Harvey is planning to sell or rent a detached warehouse and office facility on a site of 1.53 acres in Kilcoole Industrial Estate in Co Wicklow.

The former Universal Concepts facility has an overall floor area of 3,593sq m (38,675 sq ft) and is for sale at €529 per sq m (€49 per sq ft).
