Dogpatch Labs has developed 8,000 square feet of event space for Dublin’s start-up community, which was opened in Dublin today.
Located in the 200-year-old vaults below the chq building in Dublin’s IFSC, the vaults includes a 100-person events space, meeting and conference rooms, a bar and space for hot-desking.
The redeveloped vaults will also host an offsite innovation hub for Ulster Bank, and Ulster Bank’s innovation solutions team will take space in the labs to work shoulder to shoulder with the start-ups housed there.
Dogpatch labs managing director Patrick Walsh said the first phase of Dogpatch was focussed on creating office space for start-ups.
“The second phase of Dogpatch will see us playing a much wider role in supporting Ireland’s technology community through events, workshops and meet-ups.”
