The inquiry into Bula Resources cost £28,664 up to the end of December. Mr Lyndon MacCann was appointed as an inspector to Bula Resources in October last year and has yet to present his report. The bulk of the cost of his inquiry is expected to fall this year, according to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. It was understood Mr MacCann considers his inquiry is finished, however he is awaiting the completion of an inquiry initiated in Jersey into the same matter, before he presents his report.
