Dell Computers has agreed with two long established companies, Unisys and Wang Global, to offer their services to its own customers.

It is expected the deal will provide Dell customers with a single contact point for customised services, delivery and systems management. Dell receives approximately 40,000 questions via the Internet each month and as a part of the new agreement, Unisys and Wang will handle some these queries.
