Castle Market Holdings (CMH) has completed the purchase of a 20-acre development site at Sandyford, Co Dublin, for £28 million. It will be seeking planning permission for an office park and ancillary uses for at least 1.3 million sq. ft. It has a 50 per cent interest in the development.
