Food for thought for human-resources executives who, it seems, may be in need of some tender loving care themselves. New US research has found they are quitting or losing their jobs with increasing frequency. Top executives in other parts of the corporate hierarchy have an annual turnover rate of slightly less than 10 per cent but the survey of 100 human-resources executives found a higher figure.
