The terms of Portugal’s rescue deal will be closely watched as they emerge in more detail this week. Initial estimates last week pointed to a bailout of €80 billion. Of particular interest to Ireland will be the interest rate that the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) charges for its loans.
