INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS experts will gather in Dublin on July 11th to tell the Government how they can renew the economy.

Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore issued invitations to the 19 confirmed members of the advisory board to the Global Irish Forum late last month. They are tasked with advising the Government on how to implement the best ideas from that forum and how to get Ireland’s diaspora involved in the country’s recovery.

As reported in The Irish Times in April, Irial Finan of Coca Cola, Liam Casey of PCH International, broadcaster David McWilliams and Glen Dimplex chief executive Sean O’Driscoll will form part of the 19-member advisory group.

Also on the list is former Aer Lingus boss and current chief executive of International Airlines Group, Willie Walsh.
