Some 300 Dublin-based staff at programmable logic developer Xilinx are to receive a cash bonus worth between £800 and £1,500 following record first-quarter results released last month.
The bonus, worth an average of 11 days pay, is for a three-month period between April and June.
First-quarter results for the company, which is based in California, show revenue increased 73 per cent from the same quarter a year ago to $364.9 million. Net income for the first quarter increased by 20 per cent to $93.8 million.
