Ewart, the Belfast property company which is resisting a bid from Dunloe House, has acquired the Design Centre, an office block in Belfast for £2.5 million sterling, from Tetra Enterprises. The block consists of 37,480 sq ft of offices over five floors and is substantially vacant. Ewart said it planned to have it fully let by next year.

Of the consideration, £250,000 is being paid on completion of the deal, £1.25 million 12 months later and the £1 million balance 18 months after completion.
