AN interim examiner was appointed by the High Court yesterday to Aston Colour Print Ltd, St Stephen's Green, Dublin.
Mr Justice Shanley appointed Mr John McStay, chartered accountant, as interim examiner.
In a petition by directors of company, Mr Declan Campion, The Pines, Castleknock, Dublin, and Mr Norman Blakely of Delaford Drive, Templeogue, Dublin, it was stated that Aston Colour Print Ltd was incorporated in April 1996.
The company had the creditors Bank of Ireland Commercial Finance £145,226; £100,000 is owed to National Irish Bank which is the reduced overdraft now converted into an unsecured term loan; £32,700 owed to Anglo Irish Bank; £230,115 owed to the Revenue Commissioners.
