Exploration group Dragon Oil has raised £4.3 million sterling (€7.2 million) in a share placing, with the funds being used for the group's oil drilling in the Caspian Sea. The 15.7 million new shares were placed at 291/2p sterling each with institutional investors by Davy Stockbrokers.
