It appears that things move slowly in FAS when it comes to appointing an advertising agency for its £500,000 account.

FAS, about whose future there has been much speculation, asked six agencies last March to make presentations. But since then there has been no news and O'Connor O'Sullivan, the incumbent for the last 10 years, is still sweating it out.
