THE four executive directors of industrial holding group Fitzwilton shared total payments of £788,000 last year, an average of £197,000 each. This is almost exactly the same as in 1995 when five directors shared £855,000 although one of these directors was only on the board for four months. The annual report shows that the performance element of the directors' pay totalled £144,000, compared to £199,000 in 1995.
