Grafton Group chairman Mr Norman Kilroy has made a profit of almost £250,000 (#317,430) after exercising share options. Mr Kilroy bought 165,000 Grafton shares at an option price of #1.13 and then sold them into the market in two lots at #3.15 and #3.00. His profit on the deal was #309,900 (£245,750).
