Greencore's British bakery subsidiary, Kearns Group, has reached agreement with Carr Milling for the purchase of Carr's 50 per cent interest in Robertsons for £3.41 million sterling (€5.2 million). Kearns, through a subsidiary, already owns 50 per cent of Robertsons. The transaction is subject to the approval of Carr's shareholders.
